You need to make it clear who you are and how long your staying at the hotel.

Hello, we have a reservation for 2 weeks in the name of Mr & Mrs J Smith.

Hola, tenemos una reserva por dos semanas a nombre del señor y la señora J Smith

Some useful words: recepción = reception, llaves = keys, puerta = door, habitación = bedroom, aseos = toilets and many more.
